Inspired by Sainte Maure, a French goat cheese from Sainte Maure de Tourraine, in the Loire River region. It is traditionally presented in cylindrical form. In France, it is longer and keeps the traditional straw that goes through it and prevents it from breaking.
In Capril do Bosque it is shorter and more delicate, which dispenses the straw.

Good acidity, great creaminess and intense flavor. Presented in pieces of 120g.
Slice it and serve in salads, cheese plates or as a dessert dressed wiith rose syrup and pistachios.
