Pirâmide do Bosque
Inspired by the Valençay, a cheese in the shape of a truncated pyramid, from a caprine region par excellence, the Val de Loire. Fresh taste, aroma of dried fruits and a touch of grass, this cheese has a soft and moist pate and white mold rind that grows on a layer of charcoal.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THIS CHEESE:
Soft and moist pate. Slightly acid, with a strong presence in the mouth. Presented in pieces of 150g.
As part of your salad, it is beautiful and delicious if you cut it horizontally in thick slices, covered with a little honey on a bed of very tender and organic greens.
