CHARACTERISTICS OF THIS CHEESE:
Lightly cooked pasta, manual pressing, minimum maturation 3 weeks, until the rind dries up a bit. 200g pieces.
It goes well with everything that is homemade and makes people happy: coffee, tea, beer, cachaça, wine. Hot bread, pumpkin jam, salad and whatever else you like. It will not last, but shelf life is two months.
