Cacaozinho is a tropical version of the classic chevre.
It gains special texture and flavor because it is a thinly rolled, well-matured white mold chevre over a layer of 100% cocoa powder and cumaru, a vanilla-like seed from Pará. Pieces of approximately 80g.
