A very special cheese, a combination of a mozzarella bag made with the best buffalo milk and a very creamy goat cheese filling. Presented in balls of approximately 200g.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THIS CHEESE:

It combines the softness and sweetness of the buffalo mozzarella with the creaminess and acidity of a blend of goat cheeses.

SERVING TIPS

Cabrata is very tasty with pesto sauce or just with a good olive oil and fresh herbs. It goes very well with a mineral white wine or with a light and cool beer, Saison style.
