Capril do Bosque is designed to give you a remarkable rural experience. You can enjoy a tour with Victor Collins and learn about goat breeding in every detail: handling, nutrition, cross-breeding, birth and breastfeeding.
The Bistrot, under the command of Ju Raposo, is thematic, with most of the dishes marked by a touch of our goat cheeses.
The cheeses are made in our artisanal dairy, under the coordination of Heloisa Collins. You can view the production room through a large window or attend one of the workshops conducted monthly.
